Developers · API reference

Public reference, stabilizing.

The Ayureon v1 API surface is moving fast as we ramp partner integrations. Rather than publish a reference that drifts, we keep the OpenAPI spec under access control until v1 is locked, then publish it here.

Public reference Q3–Q4 2026
When it launches

What the v1 surface will cover.

The shape of what we're building, with enough detail to decide whether to wait for us or to design around the gap in the meantime.

  • Patients
Identity resolution, MPI lookup, patient bundle retrieval, consent management. The center of every other workflow.
  • Bundles
FHIR R4 search bundles with full provenance, reconciliation lineage, and per-entry source attribution. The primary response shape.
  • Medications
Active-medication retrieval, reconciliation workflow endpoints, Surescripts integration. NCPDP and THSA Charter aligned.
  • ADT
Subscription management, real-time webhook delivery, replay endpoints. NCPDP-standard admission, discharge, and transfer notifications.
  • Audit
Per-request audit log retrieval. Tamper-evident. Surfaceable to your customers via signed export endpoints.
  • Tenants
Multi-tenant management for platform partners. Tenant provisioning, scoped credentials, rate-limit configuration.
In the meantime

Under NDA we share the current OpenAPI spec directly. If you're evaluating Ayureon for an integration that lands before our public reference, this is the fastest path to a usable endpoint catalog.
