The Ayureon v1 API surface is moving fast as we ramp partner integrations. Rather than publish a reference that drifts, we keep the OpenAPI spec under access control until v1 is locked, then publish it here.

- BundlesFHIR R4 search bundles with full provenance, reconciliation lineage, and per-entry source attribution. The primary response shape.
- MedicationsActive-medication retrieval, reconciliation workflow endpoints, Surescripts integration. NCPDP and THSA Charter aligned.
- ADTSubscription management, real-time webhook delivery, replay endpoints. NCPDP-standard admission, discharge, and transfer notifications.
- AuditPer-request audit log retrieval. Tamper-evident. Surfaceable to your customers via signed export endpoints.
- TenantsMulti-tenant management for platform partners. Tenant provisioning, scoped credentials, rate-limit configuration.
